We inform you that your personal data - collected directly from you - will be used by SORDONI SAS, in full respect of the fundamental principles, dictated:
1- Directive 95/46/EC and Law 675/96 on the protection of personal data;
2- Directive 97/66/EC and D. Lgs. 171/98 on the protection of privacy in telecommunications;
3- Directive 97/7/EC and D. Lgs. 185/99 for consumer protection in distance contracts;

REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL OF 27 APRIL 2016
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) n. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter also "Regulation" or "GDPR") and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, we inform you that the personal data voluntarily made available by you to SORDONI SAS (hereinafter also, "the Company") will be processed in compliance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data and, in any case, the principles of confidentiality that inspire the Company’s activities.

1.Categories of data processed
SORDONI SAS will process the following personal data provided by the interested party: • Personal data: Company name, VAT number, address, house number, city, postal code, province, country, email, mobile phone
2. Purpose of processing
The personal data you provide to SORDONI SAS may be used for:
(a)    First contact with any means (known or unknown), including, but not limited to, mail, internet, telephone, e-mail, MMS, SMS from Italy, to meet the needs of the form filled out and for which consent is given to processing
(b)    Sending informative and commercial communications, including promotional (including our newsletter), by any means (known or not), including, but not limited to, mail, internet, telephone, e-mail, MMS, SMS from Italy
We remind you that, with reference to the purposes highlighted in point (a), the provision of your personal data is mandatory. Your refusal and/or provision of inaccurate and/or incomplete information would prevent you from performing the activities covered. With reference to the additional purposes highlighted in point b), the conferment of your personal data and the consent to the processing of the same for the aforementioned purposes is optional. However, your refusal to provide your data and/or consent for processing related to the aforementioned purposes and/or the provision of inaccurate and/or incomplete information could prevent the Company:  in reference to the purpose referred to in point b).
3. Processing methods
The processing of your personal data will be carried out using suitable paper, electronic and/or telematic tools, with logics closely related to the purposes mentioned above and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
4. Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data
Your personal data may be disclosed to members, the Data Protection Officer and other administrative bodies, in any case, the Data Processors appointed by SORDONI SAS and the persons responsible for processing personal data appointed by the Company in the performance of their duties.
5. Duration of processing and criteria used for data retention
The data will be processed only for the time necessary for the purposes mentioned above. The data processed for marketing, profiling and communication to third parties will be processed until the withdrawal of consent by the interested party. Your data will be kept for a period of 10 years, unless there is a need for further storage, to allow SORDONI SAS to defend its rights.
6. Rights of the data subject
We inform you that at any time in relation to your data, you may exercise the rights provided for in the limits and conditions set out in articles 7 and 15-22 of the Regulation. For the exercise of these rights, described below, please contact the Data Controller through the Privacy Office at the email address indicated on the website; to this request will be provided appropriate confirmation within the time limits provided by the GDPR. In detail, the data subject has the right to: - revoke the consent previously given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before the revocation; - request the Data Controller access, rectification or deletion ("Right to be forgotten") personal data or the limitation of the processing of personal data concerning it or to oppose their processing; - obtain the portability of data; - oppose the processing; - to submit a complaint to the Data Protection Supervisor if it considers that its rights have been infringed.
7. Data controller and personal data processor
The Data Controller is SORDONI SAS, in the person of the Legal Representative pro tempore. Any request regarding personal data processed by SORDONI SAS may be sent to the registered office of the Company, or by writing to the e-mail address indicated on the site. This policy will be subject to updates. SORDONI SAS therefore invites Users who wish to know how SORDONI SAS processes personal data collected by them to visit this page periodically.

COOKIE POLICY
